Min-jun Park

Min-jun Park likes the boring part of the job most people skip. He spent years doing video editing for a living, so when he moved into this role in 2020, the technical side felt natural. What surprised him was enjoying the minutiae—checking frame rates, verifying file integrity, making sure thumbnails render correctly across devices. Most editors focus on the content itself. He focuses on whether the infrastructure holds. TUSHY releases need clean technical metadata, and that's where he adds value. The work feels invisible when done right, which is exactly how it should be.
